You will need Watercolors, Acrylic Colors, Brushes in different sizes, a cartoon or something to mix the colors with Water, a cup for the Water and either a Canvas or a big Watercolor Paper (minimum A3).
Also an open mind and heart and some space where you can move freely.
Between 2-3 h per day :-) So prepare your space with some water or tea and undisturbed time! Take this a sacred ceremony with yourself and your baby!
