The truth about the Imposter Syndrome

Tonight my daughter didn't want to sleep, so I was in this state in between worlds - half awake and half asleep. This is where i often get the most information and downloads from my source connection.

This time i had a realisation about what the IMPOSTER SYNDROME really is and I received an even deeper understanding of the Quantum Medicine. I will try to put into words.

When we have a dream/vision or desire to do something or be someone - our "soulmind" or our "dreamer" as i like to call it- is creating/envisioning or dreaming about this version of ourselves. Lets say you want to have a business doing what you love and helping people and you receive visions of you talking in front of a big crowd doing a Ted Talk and traveling all around the world.
If you are seing this in your mind is because this version of you already exists and you is sending you the sign that it is time to align with that timeline.
But the GAP that is between the version of you now and the future version is so big, that the mind doesn't understand how to get from A to B (in a linear limited way) as your current self doesn't seem to have the abilities needed for it to happen → IMPOSTER SYNDROME.

This triggers a stress response in the body, putting you into fight, flight, or freeze mode. These survival mechanisms, designed to protect you in physical danger, can become activated when you feel psychologically threatened—such as when you doubt your abilities, fear failure, or believe you're a fraud. Hence ANXIETY and OVERWHELM as the hormones that are produced in that moment have a lot do with the ones that are expelled when we are in danger to DIE. The human mind often mistakes CHANGE with a danger to DIE.
Your mind is receiving the message that you are there, but your body and "human mind" has not yet catched up with the information. It doesn't understand how you are going to get there as it is used to work in a linear time.
So it starts to make up all kinds of excuses, stories and blocks to PROTECT you to "die". (of course it also knows what you will have to let go of and sometimes even feel in order to step into this next version)

SO in reality your IMPOSTER is really trying to protect you. And we can talk with that version of ourselves and provide a safe space for the transformation to take place in a form that this defense mechanism doesn't sabotage us.
Here is where the QUANTUM Field comes in. EMBODIMENT is about aligning with that version of yourself and raising your frequency in your cells and waters, changing the information and perception of yourself and your perceived "reality".

The Creation of the Portal and Quantum Art is like building yourself a beautiful chrysalis of protection to be able to become that butterfly and receive all the information, guidance and healing necessary for it. It's a prayer 🙏 and deprogramming of those believe systems, it's an aligning with the innocence of play and magic so that we start to enter into changing our believes about TIME and what is POSSIBLE FOR US.
We are just all starting to discover how to work with the Quantum Field and what things are possible there.
I can honestly say it changed my whole life.

I myself am an eternal student and always in awe with my own experience and others that are experiencing the same.
It is now 1 year ago that I started to paint my portal to Kyaron, to my mission and I would have never in a million years thought I would be writing a blog one day, that I would be having a soul led business and guiding others to activate their missions simply doing what I love! Sometimes things just happen, appear in front of me. Things that seemed impossible for me to achieve suddenly flow through me. I wish I could explain how it works, but I can't. I
I had some visions about me many years ago speaking on Quantum Art and being on Radio, Podcasts etc. but honestly didn't even think it was possible because I didn't think very highly of me at that time! And now I have a Podcast myself (it's still funny to me).
And just now I am aligning with that EMBODIED version of myself, and this is why I can put myself out there in the world. Because I have experienced it for myself. And the Portal is still working on me, guiding me, sending me the support I need and giving me the PINS and Nudges to know which way to go and what it is that I am here to offer to the world as a channel for the divine.

The Moment I understood that it is not really about me, but that I am conduit for something greater that wants to be birthed through me - this was the moment I could let go of the outcome and simply surrendered to be there. Show up. And then the magic happens. It is such a wonderful feeling to be able to wake up every day and just give yourself to Love, to creation. Knowing that you came here to be, to simply be and that by you being here you are changing and transmuting all of the time.
Through your heart of love, which is your true essence.
All the rest will fade away, will fall away...and we are being left with the truth of our heart.

Sometimes all we need to take that very first step and get out of freeze mode is a little bit of honest love and support from somebody.
I am building this community because I wished I would have had more of that years ago. I have dealt with veeeery strong imposter and resistances and had to stand back up from the ground many times, when all I wanted is to disappear.
It was not an easy road - that's for sure. But this is why we are here, we are pathing the way for others. We are showing the way.
I am the oldest of 4 sisters - and often I felt so angry because I had the "hardest" life of all - carving out the way. But already there I was being prepared...and now I know it was a blessing and a preparation. I am beyond blessed and so excited to see where all of this takes me....
